Second Bedroom. A bedroom with two queen-size beds. This bedroom also has its own, huge wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A narrow balcony overlooking the river and South side of Main Street.
Parking Information (Paid). If you need parking, one vehicle could be accommodated in the heated underground garage. Space is limited and requires an advance reservation, as it often fills up. The parking fee is not included in your booking total (since not all guests drive). The fee is set by our homeowner association and may change at any time Nightly fee based on the time of your visit: June - October 2025 $15, November 2025 - April 12th 2026 $40 - $50. The charge will be billed separately to your credit card. If you prefer, Breck Park offers some off-site parking options.
